Agreed, X games is about who busts the biggest tricks,but also should be about who has the most fun while competing!! casue thats what our sports about, having FUN! lets leave all the cultures drama out!

I don't know what all the fuss is about in this instance about Trav winning, they put all these progressive features on the course and everyone who did use them, they did it just for points and it was lame. Trav used all the features and did ridiculous things on them plus his little flips have never been seen in a contest. It's gnarlier than just one guy getting more points because he flipped a 120 footer, trav was flipping 4 footers ha.

Haven't read much of this thread, but... I don't care much where the rest of the riders placed.... Levi Deserved to get Silver all day. I even have a small feeling if the judges would have put him above TP on that last score, TP would have gone soft on the last run to give it to Levi. He is a good guy like that.

Levi finally got what he deserved in the sport, same with Bilko winning gold last year, his tricks amaze me every time and i'm pretty satisfied with that.

u don't get that good without a competive streak a mile long. sure he's a humble nice guy but he would of went all out n did what ever it took. would of loved to see bilko n trav go at it. those 2 nuts would of killed each other competing. but who really knows wat the hell travis thinks n frankly who wants to know. he's a nutty dude. glad the whole world has gotta to know wat the moto world has know for years. i've never seen effing crazy, intelligent as, determinded and such a geneuin nice guy all rolled into one. without the nice guy he'ld probably be a criminal mastermind.

I'll say that Travis deserved that win? He used the course and killed it. Did some gnarly tricks well 2 and used wallride like noone other. And did trick every jump so why wouldn't he deserve that win? If you judge just by the tricks why such a track? If it is just about the tricks put 2 landings and 2 75ft hits and 2 superkickers. Well Levi rode awesome for sure tough call to say who was suppose to win but after thinking why such a outcome i do think that Travis deserved it.

Man the finals was so sick! Everyone threw down! bummed about matts wreck and nate had a couple jumps that weren't extended but their other stuff was sick. Stoked

It woulda been nice to see Travis have to fight for the win on his last run but thats just the way it goes some time.

Agree with everything ya said but there is nooooo way travis woulda gave up a gold medal for anything. All that stuff on Nitro Circus about how competitive he is isn't exaggerated. He's one of the most competitive guys I've met.
And in that scenario you described, Nero, I'm sure Levi wouldn't want a pity win on the biggest stage of the sport, especially if he wasn't given the opportunity to beat him straight up. Gold is gold but the win wouldn't be as sweet, ya know?

Travis got gold because he used and abused the track. He always does that.

Now its damn time that people take a good look at his runs and charge it.
